We accept all credit card payments. Payments received via credit card will incur a 3% processing fee being added onto any payment amount over $3,000.00
FCC will never sell, trade, share, or otherwise disclose client information to third parties. Any information you give us will be handled with the utmost care. Rest assured that your credit card number is never stored on our website or in our office.
FCC will kindly issue a full refund or credit to any customer due to a billing error or other problem, on a case by case basis. Please contact our billing department by calling (541) 440-8210 to discuss any issue with your bill or payment. Approved refunds will be credited back via check within 30 days.
