Please note that a 50% deposit is required to place your order into production with the balance due prior to the estimated ship date. If payment is not administered on time, your order will be delayed from the date that payment was received and storage fees may apply.
On average, 6-8 weeks of production time after order approval. Please reach out to your Project Coordinator for more specific information by product, package or brand .
Our pricing is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is based on project order, quantity and project scope.
Be assured that the production of your order is on track unless otherwise communicated by your Project Coordinator. Once your order has shipped, your FCC team will send you your shipment’s tracking information and will be delivered to the email address you’ve provided to us. Please refer back to the tracking email to check for updates about your shipment.
If your order is shipped via a dedicated truck, you will not receive a tracking number and will wait for a call from the carrier. If it shipped via FCC trucks, you will receive tracking information and a call from our drivers. If you have more specific issues or questions regarding your shipment, please feel free to at sales@fccfurn.com.
Please refer to your Project Coordinator basic freight estimates. These times are approximate; freight times are dependent on carrier, season, if using FCC trucks and other factors.
We use either dedicated truck, our FCC trucks or LTL shipping in most cases. Products are either blanket wrapped, boxed or crated depending on your request, their size and the quantity.
Shipping rates vary based on time of shipping , order quantity, size, and delivery location. Shipping cost is always included in your quote unless otherwise requested.
We are able to ship touch-up materials for our products upon request. Please reach out to us at sales@fccfurn.com.
Please contact us sales@fccfurn.com to file a warranty claim on freight damage within 48 hours of delivery if you suspect a damaged or incorrect delivery. Immediately take pictures of the damages product. Other claims are subject to 1-year limited warranty.
Our products receive a 1-year limited warranty beginning from the date your order was shipped. Check with our Project Coordinators for full warranty PDF.
